Bepo (OP14-011) is a critical utility piece for Heart Pirates and Law decks, acting as a low-cost enabler for removal combos. His [On Play] ability to reduce an opponent's power by 1000 is often the exact nudge needed to bring a character into K.O. range for cards like Hawkins or Urouge. Furthermore, his [Trigger] to play himself for free makes him a great defensive surprise that sets up your board for the following turn.

As a 2-cost unit with 3000 power, Bepo is highly efficient. In the Trafalgar Law deck, he serves as an ideal "power-swap vessel," being able to receive a high base power from the Leader while his own debuff effect has already weakened the target he intends to attack.
