Kikunojo (OP14-023) is a top-tier utility card for Wano and Akazaya Nine decks. Her value is concentrated in two areas: her elite 2000 counter stat and her "stickiness" on the board. Because she sets herself to active at the end of the turn, she is immune to being attacked by the opponent's characters, forcing them to use effect-based removal to clear her 2000 power body.

While her board power is low, her ability to poke for damage and then immediately return to a safe, active state makes her an excellent "annoyance" card.
